The Meteorological Department has informed that light rainfall/thundershower was likely over north east region during the week and first half of the week.
In a statement, Met department said: “Light rainfall/thundershower is likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh during the week and Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during 1st half of the week.”
According to the Met department, during second week, the minimum temperatures likely to be normal to above normal over North Eastern states.
On Thursday evening, Dimapur witnessed light drizzle.
