India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that light to moderate fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy rainfall was very likely over the region during next five days.
In its daily bulletin, IMD stated that isolated very heavy rainfall was also likely over Arunachal Pradesh on August 2 & 3; Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during August 1-3, 2023.
