Terming it as “very unfortunate” the shortage of teachers especially Maths and science in many government schools in the state, the Central Nagaland Students’ Association (CNSA) has appealed to the State Mission Director, RMSA Nagaland to re-advertise 70 posts of Maths teacher that was lying vacant at the earliest. In a representation to the State Mission Director, RMSA, the CSNA general secretary Yimlanger Jamir and finance secretary Khuketo Yeptho pointed out that shortage of teachers was the main the grievances faced by students. In this regard, the CNSA has urged the appealed to the responsible authority to take necessary initiative for re-advertisement and recruitment.
