Regularisation delay: ANATG-2015 threatens stir

DIMAPUR, JAN 27 (NPN)

The Core Committee of All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers’ Group (ANATG)-2015 Batch (appointed between 1994 and 2012) at an emergency meeting held at CANSSEA Hall, Kohima on January 27, 2026, reviewed the ultimatum served on the commissioner & secretary, school education & SCERT, on January 7, 2026, demanding service regularisation. The ultimatum expires on January 30, 2026.
In a press release, ANATG -2015 batch core committee convenor Temsuchiba Aier and secretary Lhovito Shiqi said the meeting, attended by representatives from all 14 units across 17 districts, resolved to mobilise members in Kohima for a democratic form of protest if the demand for service regularisation was not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe. The core committee described the decision as the group’s last and final stand. Therefore, all members of the group have been directed to fully participate in the proposed protest.
ANATG -2015 batch core committee cautioned that failure to comply would attract penalties.
The core committee also resolved to strengthen respective units in preparation for the planned agitation in case the government failed to meet the demand.
