Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has informed all small vehicles (non-motorized) such as rickshaws, handcarts, thelas, and other similar transport vehicles operating within its jurisdiction to renew their licenses with effect from July 1. Dimapur informed that renewal would be done from the old DMC office during office working on all working days. Owners/operators have been instructed to comply within the given time period to avoid penalties in accordance with municipal rules.
