Restriction on NH-702D lifted

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mokokchung has informed that the restriction imposed on the movement of heavy vehicles on NH-702D (Mokokchung to Mariani Road) has been lifted with immediate effect.
In an order, DC Mokokchung Ajit Kumar Verma stated that movement of heavy vehicles up to a maximum of 12 (twelve) wheels would be permitted on the said stretch of NH-702D until further notice. The restriction has been lifted following technical clearance from BRO 103 RCC (GREF) confirming the completion of repair works and the road was suitable for heavy vehicle movement.
