Nineteen-year-old Ritsala Thonger was crowned Miss Kohima 2025 on October 14, following a vibrant and competitive evening that saw sixteen contestants vying for the prestigious title. The event was held at the Regional Centre of Excellence for Music & Performing Arts (RCEMPA) in Jotsoma, Kohima, under the theme “Beauty. Health. Beyond.”
Neilanuo Sachii was named 1st Runner-up, while Kechangunuo Kelio took the title of 2nd Runner-up.
Managed and produced by 4FRONT Event Managements, powered by Putuonuo Hospital, Kohima, and hosted by Kohima Science College, the pageant celebrated beauty, confidence, and purpose, with young women from across Kohima showcasing their intellect, talent, and individuality.
The subtitle winners of Miss Kohima 2025 were as follows: Methasunu Luho was awarded Miss Beautiful Smile, Kechangunuo Kelio won both Miss Multimedia and Miss Talent, Ritsala Thonger was named Miss Perfect Ten and Neikecüno Vimeno received the title of Miss Queen of Hearts.
The judges for the event were general secretary Beauty and Aesthetic Society of Nagaland (BASN), Lipokzulu Lemtur, consultant surgical oncologist and medical director, Dr. Keduovinuo Keditsu, Neisavinuo Mor, a seasoned educator, school administrator and Headmistress at Footprints Academy Dimapur and second runner-Up Miss Kohima 2022, Ketou-ü Pfüsenuo.
The evening also featured stunning showcases by designers from TS Academy of Design and makeup artistry by Evara Studio by Elilo.
