River Belt School honours SLC achievers

DIMAPUR, JUN 2 (NPN): River Belt School (RBS), at Kuda B Village, Full Nagarajan, held its prize distribution ceremony for the Student Led Conference (SLC) on Tuesday. The conference had earlier been organised on May 29 at the school premises. Prizes were distributed to several groups by the school administrator Noune and headmistress Lily. The following groups were adjudged winners after evaluation by the school authority, parents and teachers: Multiplication group (Class 3A), Abacus team (Primary students), English storytelling (Class 5), English melodrama (Class 10),Chef in the kitchen (Class 5A), Probability (Class 10), Waste management (Class 8) and Phonic songs (Class 1 A, B, C)
The Student Led Conference (SLC) is an annual programme at River Belt School where students showcase their learning through demonstrations, plays and models. On this day, students take on the role of teachers, reflecting on their strengths and areas for improvement while responding to questions from parents and teachers.
The event on May 29 was graced by DAN secretary Kevilenuo Solo as the chief guest.
