Newly constructed road, drainage and footpath in Gate No. 2 area of Chumukedima town was inaugurated by Jacob Zhimomi, advisor PHED on December 27 as chief guest.
Jacob in his speech thanked the public for their support and cooperation, whereby construction could be completed on time. He urged the public to be more supportive and cooperative so that more developmental activities could be brought to the area. Jacob had personally funded the said project.
EAC Chumukedima, colony/ward GBs led by head GB and elders attended the function organised in the town to mark the inauguration.
EAC Chumukedima and head GB in their short speeches thanked Jacob Zhimomi for his concern for the public and personally funding the construction which were basic amenities for the public.
