Rongpang Reju club of Arkong ward celebrated it silver jubilee by organizing a small prayer fellowship at Arkong ward community hall, Mokokchung. The club formerly known as Arkong Sporting Club, changed its nomenclature to Rongpang Reju in the year 2012 and since then it has been carrying out various programmes of the youth at Arkong ward.
The silver jubilee celebration had former chairman Arkong ward, Nganghi Longchar as the guest speaker, where he encouraged the youths to wake up from the sleep and rework towards a better and stronger club. He also encouraged the members of the club to work hand in hand with the ward authority for a better functioning. A challenge was given by A. Bendang Jamir, and the welcome address was pronounced by president, Rongpang Reju. Aongsen Aier. A special presentation was presented by Tzudi Lemtur.
