RPO clarifies on statement

Razeba Public Organisation (RPO) has clarified that that the specific mention of “Ihoshe Battalion, NSCN (I-M) (Kapamodzü)” in its press release on February 1 was purely unintentional.

RPO president Deo Movi and general secretary Dapulu Lea said the statement published on February 2 may kindly be read as “We appeal the community not to be an obstacle in any form whether it is individuals, organisations, clans or any Naga political factions.”

RPO said that in its February 1 release, it had appealed to all concerned not to compromise with the quality of work on the sanctioned PMGSY road construction from Pfütsero to Chilo (Kilo).

RPO clarified that it had never intended to single out Ihoshe Battalion, while sincerely regretting the inadvertent error.
