Runway patchwork delays Indigoflight to Dimapur

Indigo flight no. 6E6441 from Ahmedabad to Dimapur via Guwahati, scheduled to arrive at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, was held at Guwahati airport for about one and a half hours due to ongoing repair works on the Dimapur Airport runway. The flight finally landed at Dimapur Airport at 3 p.m.
According to sources, patchwork was carried out on the runway 30 side near the touchdown zone marking, about 270 metres from the beginning of runway 30.
