Ramzie Wellness & Counseling Center (RZWCC), a professional counseling services focused on mental health and well-being was inaugurated on December 10 in Jalukie by Dr. Zavise Rume, Joint Director, SCERT.
RZWCC, a facility designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can prioritize their mental health and well-being.
With a vision to build a community that values mental health, empowers individuals, and ensures access to professional counseling services, the center aims to make mental wellness a collective priority.
The mission of RZWCC was to offer affordable, confidential counseling services to those experiencing mental, social, and emotional challenges. At the launching event, Dr. Zavise highlighted the urgent need to prioritize mental health in light of the rising number of suicides. “This is the perfect time to launch the Ramzie Wellness and Counseling Center,” he remarked.
Kehelingle Ramlie Reilly, founder of RZWCC and director of Ramzie School, Jalukie stressed the increasing relevance of counseling services. Addressing the stigma around mental health, Reilly encouraged the audience, saying, “Seeking help is not a sign of weakness but of strength. It takes courage to ask for support, and we are here to provide that support.”
