Deputy Speaker, S. Toiho Yeptho, conducted coordination meetings at Suruhuto Town and Asuto Town on April 16 and 17 respectively, focusing on the upcoming census drive and developmental activities undertaken in the 33 A/C over the past three years.
Addressing the gatherings, Toiho urged the public to actively and responsibly participate in the forthcoming census exercise. He also highlighted several development initiatives carried out in Suruhuto-Asuto 33 A/C under his leadership, noting that substantial progress had been achieved within a short span of time.
He expressed appreciation to Chief Minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio, stating that under his leadership, substantial and transformative development had taken place, turning the aspirations of the people of Suruhuto-Asuto into reality. President of Suruhuto Area Gaonburahs Association, Khetovi Achumi, lauded Toiho for his dedicated efforts and concern for the development and upliftment of the people of Suruhuto.
The meetings were attended by village council chairmen, GBs, Kukamis, Dobashis, Town Council members and other public leaders from both areas.
