Sangtam Students’ Union Kohima organises Open Penalty Shootout

DIMAPUR, SEP 6 (NPN)

Sangtam Students’ Union Kohima (SSUK) organized an Open Penalty Shootout Competition on September 6 at TM Ground, near Kohima College.
Altogether, 29 teams took part in the competition, creating a spirited atmosphere filled with energy and sportsmanship. After a thrilling contest, Team Mez & Co emerged as the Champion, while Team Revo finished as the Runners-up.
The award for Best Keeper was awarded to Sedekhotuo Sote for his outstanding performance.
The program was organized in line with the Mungmung Festival get-together and as a fund-raising event for the upcoming cultural programme on September 27 at the State Academy Hall, Kohima, along with other follow-up activities.
Earlier, the welcome address was delivered by President, SSUK, Longtili C. Sangtam and invocation by youth pastor, Sangtam Baptist Lithro Kohima, Tsariba Sangtam.
