SBAK (NM) crusade culminates in Aghunato

Thousands of believers from nearby surrounding villages/ areas across the Zunheboto district and beyond thronged Aghunato village to witness the valedictory service of the 3-day-long “SBAK Revival Crusade” on Sunday.
The crusade was marked by miracles, healings, forgiveness and spiritual rebirth of thousands of believers/ delegates during the 3-daylong prayers, services and word of God brought by the crusade speakers Imtijungla Longchar, Wati Aier and Rev S Yevito Sumi.
At least 72 persons were healed and cured of various sickness and diseases- the most prominent miracle was a healing of cancer patient.
The speaker of the valedictory service was Imtijungla Longchar while the translator was Hekato Awomi, Youth Secretary SBAK Nito Mount.
Imtijungla described the ancient temple of King Solomon which was so majestic, huge and embodied with the most precious items and the sweetest smelling cedar woods to which she made a comparison of the temple with the human body and exhorted to keep one’s body clean.
She said, “Our human body is not just blood and flesh, but it is the biggest and prominent temple of our spirit. Therefore, we should to maintain the sanctity and pureness of it”.
“Retrospection, patience, perseverance, sanctification and acceptance of the Holy Spirit” were mainly stressed and deliberated during her valedictory speech.
She concluded by lauding the Sumi for being fierce warriors both physically and spiritually and exhorted the delegates to keep up the faith and fear of the Lord.
The programme was led by Rev. Kughato Chophi, Chaplin SBAK, and Kuholi Chishi, Women Secretary SBAK, which begun with singing of “Revival Chorus” and mass prayer followed by a special song presentation by all male group (Pastors) “Gospel Hunters”.
Tokuho Achumi, chairman planning board, delivered the keynote address on behalf of the host Aghunato, while Rev. S Yevito Sumi, executive secretary SBAK-NM, expressed gratitude on his behalf of SBAK-NM staff and also administered prayers for all the concerned persons and delegates for the grand success of the 3-daylong spiritual event.
Special prayer was also conducted for the current political crisis of NLA power struggle and division against the ruling NPF-DAN government. The crusade concluded with Rev S. Yevito Sumi, who invoked the valedictory prayers.
