SCD supports NCD demand for better roads

Sumi Council Dimapur (SCD) has extended support to the demand for road improvement, in and around Dimapur by the Naga Council Dimapur and termed it as a genuine demand which needed to be addressed urgently by the concerned authority.
A press note by SCD chairman, Kuhoi Zhimo stated that there had been no positive steps taken for the last decade and a half to augment the road conditions in the entire state of Nagaland.
SCD attributed this to “total negligence” on the part of the government agencies including political, bureaucratic as well as technocrats: resulting in untold suffering of the general public.
Meanwhile, SCD also informed that a meeting of office bearers of Sumi Totimi Hoho has been convened on July 29, 3:30 p.m. at Hotel Theja Fort to discuss some urgent issues. All concerned have been requested to attend the meeting.
