A one-month certificate course on ‘school leadership’ was conducted at SCERT SIEMAT in the month of March for 25 headmasters and asst. headmaster from Kohima, Dimapur, Mokokchung, Peren, Phek and Zunheboto districts funded by Rastriya Madhyamaik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA).
The course was based on ‘School Leadership Development’ resources developed by the National Centre for School Leadership, National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA) New Delhi with contextualized local relevance.
Resource persons for the course were from the State Resource Group (SRG) and officers from state Institute of educational management and training (SIEMAT) SCERT, Nagaland who had undergone professional training from NUEPA, New Delhi.
