Science awareness mela/exhibition Nagaland 2019 (SAEN) was held at Springdale School, Wokha on August 28.
The event was organised by Utkarsh Society for Social Change and Economic Reform, Gazipur, Delhi and supported by Ministry of Science and Technology, New Delhi.
A press release from Springdale School, stated that resource persons, science teacher, Springdale School, Chumchamo Ezung and M. Sc (Botany) B. Ed, Notsozo Vitsu, discussed at length how human lives were surrounded by science and how science could be utilized for greater well being of mankind. They also impressed upon students as to how science could be an interesting subject and how it could open windows of opportunities for young minds.
The programme was chaired by Zubeno Tungoe and invocation offered by proprietor, Springdale School, N Abeni Lotha.
