SDCSU inaugurated by NCSU president

Shamator District Contractors’ & Suppliers’ Union (SDCSU) was inaugurated by Nagaland Contractors’ & Suppliers’ Union (NCSU) president, Pele Khezhie, in the presence of NCSU officials, Yimkhiung Tribal Council, and district administration.
In a press release NCSU informed that, Khezhie emphasized that SDCSU was established to support government development projects in Shamator district through local contractors. Khezhie warned against table tenders, which violate the government’s rule that all contracts and supply works should be awarded through open tenders for transparency and accountability.
He appreciated the presence of district administration and YTC leaders, expressing confidence that their support would strengthen SDCSU and its members.
Deputy Commissioner Chubatemjen and YTC president S. Throngso Yimkhiung urged SDCSU officials and members to focus on quality work for the overall development.
