Monthly meeting for Pughoboto Sub Division Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) was held under the chairmanship of Y Vikheho Swu at customary court hall on March 24.
According to DIPR report, Swu stressed on the need to start the work pertaining to Pughoboto to Zunheboto road before the raining season starts.
He requested the executive engineer PWD, Pughoboto and Jordan company to provide machineries and supervise. The house also fixed the next SDPDB meeting and tree plantation from Mishilimi to new mini secretary complex on the same day which is April 7, 2021.
All the officers have been directed to compulsory participate for the plantation drive.
Meanwhile, SDO PWD Akumyanger briefed on the executing works under the sub division while SDO, PHE highlighted on the ongoing road construction and stated that the pipe line was dismantled from Kilomi.
In this regard, he requested the house to intervene and approach NHIDCL (contractor Madhucon) for water supply
With regard to water scarcity, ADC Pughoboto Thungchanbemo Tungoe was given the charge to convene a meeting with contractors for any alternative arrangement while SDEO would give a PowerPoint presentation on the next meeting.
The house also welcomed the new SDPDB member, functional manager, Hekato K Jimo.
