The SDRF personnel (Mokokchung District, Home Guards & Civil Defence), under the command of SI Maongkaba, Wednesday, imparted basic rescue and first aid technique operations in times of manmade or natural disasters/calamities to more than 300 cadres of NCC from Mokokchung, Longleng, Mon, Tuensang, Zunheboto & Kiphire districts. These cadres have been camping at DEF, Mokokchung since September 27 and will conclude their camp on October 5.
