Seminar on leadership qualities

St. Joseph’s College Philanthropic Association (SJCPA) organized seminar on “leadership qualities we cultivate” on October 1 at college conference hall with Principal Rev. Fr. Sebastian as guest of honour and Professor Karaiba James as speaker.
In the seminar, the principal emphasized on the importance of friendship and asked the gathering to give out all possible assistance to create life worth living.
Professor James while speaking on discovering leadership potentials, he called upon the leaders to play greater role as today’s society need more leaders to direct the society for betterment. He also asked the leaders to cultivate value of responsibility enclosed with greater effort by inviting public opinions with vision “We care”.
SJCPA President K.Chumseli Anar who also delivered welcome address, challenged the members to be the generation to bring transformation.
The programme was chaired by Methian, invocation was pronounced by Horili while vote of thanks was delivered by vice president Benethang.
