Ayulcr Tea Private Limited company organised a seminar under the theme, “Smart Tea Farming and Networking” at Akumen village under Mokokchung district to empower the local tea farmers.
A press release from Ayulcr Tea Private Limited informed that during the programme, managing director of Ayulcr Tea pvt Ltd., Lima Jamir spoke on the topic smart tea farming and networking.
He addressed the need to work for the younger generation where self-sustenance should be learned. He also stressed on uplifting the economy of the state from a scratch.
Lima Jamir said that just as their forefathers were hard working people, they would also need to follow their legacy by working hard and smart in the tea plantation area.
Earlier, director of Ayulcr Tea pvt ltd., Yanger hosted the event while Anok Akumen Baptist Church pastor invoked God’s blessings. Nearby villagers from Tsuremen village tea growers were also present at the seminar.
