A sensitization programme on commoditization guidelines was conducted on July 22, for all VECs under SDEO Dimapur.
At the programme resource persons, project assistant Solomon briefed the gathering on how to implement SSA activities and its implementation, project assistant Vikali Shikhu briefed on CCE activities and its importance while JEO Kitoshe Z Swu briefed on MDM activities powers and functions in implementing MDM programme.
Meanwhile, SDEO, Dimapur T. Kiyeli Yepthomi in his speech urged upon the SMCs and head teacher/ teacher- in charges to utilize proper benefits of SSA and CCE programme.
He said MDM cash book, stock and consumption, register, meal served and tasting register should be maintain properly.
Lamenting on the presence of proxy teacher, he mentioned that proxy teachers in the school have been encouraged by VECs.
He thereby, cautioned teachers in-charges and village authority under SDEO Dimapur that the authority would be held responsible if any proxy found under SDEO Dimapur.
