Sep 8 rape: PSUNTA protest rally today

Poimi Students’ Union Ngwalwa Town Area (PSUNTA) has informed that solidarity march would be taken out from Heningkunglwa check gate to Ngwalwa forest gate on September 27, 2023 at 10am to protest against the rape incident that occurred at Ngwalwa Village on September 8, 2023.

In a press release, PSUNTA stated that the mark was being organised to demand justice for the victim who was brutally raped and attempted to murder by one Benjamin Terieng.

The union stated that the crime committed against their sister was “a pure reflection of the intention of the culprit”. The union has, therefore, sought participation and support from all responsible towards the proposed solidarity.
