Security forces in a joint operation with the police apprehended four individuals with “illegal Burma teakwood” at general area Pherima, Dimapur on November 2.
According to PRO IGAR (N), based on a specific input the joint team seized two trucks of 4500 CFT illegal Burma teakwood worth around Rs 70 lakh. The apprehended individuals along with the recovered items were handed over to forest range office Dimapur for further investigation.
