SGSA inducts new office bearers

DIMAPUR, AUG 19 (NPN)

The Sümi Games and Sports Association (SGSA) inducted a new team of office bearers for the tenure 2025–2027 in a solemn programme held on August 19, at Sümi Hoho Ki, Zunheboto.
The programme was chaired by vice president of Sümi Hoho and convenor of the Search Committee, Kikheto Muru. Words of exhortation were delivered by president of Sümi Hoho, Dr. Vihuto Asumi and president of Sümi Kükami Hoho Akükau, Hetoho Zhimomi. Youth Pastor of Sümi Baptist Church Zunheboto, Agape Chishi, gave a brief sharing and pronounced the prayer of blessings.
The event was graced by leaders and representatives from all Sümi frontal organisations, who conveyed their goodwill and support to the new SGSA team.
The newly inducted office bearers of SGSA are Iloka K. Shohe as president, Aketovi Assumi as vice president, Xusheto Zhimomi as general secretary, Kazheto Yeptho as finance secretary and others.
The Sümi Hoho congratulated the newly inducted team of the SGSA and wished them a fruitful tenure in fostering the spirit of sportsmanship, unity and excellence among the Sümi and the wider Naga community.
