Bible Society of India, Dimapur Auxiliary released Simte New Testament on December 11, at Simte Baptist Church Churachandpur, Manipur by Dimapur auxiliary, senior auxiliary secretary Rev. Dr. Z. K. Rochill.
Speaking at the programme, Rochill said “Bible is the word of God which will never change,” and so every Simte believers should stand upon the Word of God.
He postulated that interaction with God was through reading the Bible and prayer adding “this is how relationship between God and men should be build.”
BSI Churachandpur secretary, Rev.Dr. T.K. Muana in his exhortation said that Simte Baptist Church was a regular supporter of BSI.
Rev. Dr. HL. Jacky Simte was the moderator of the program.
Meanwhile, on behalf of Simte community , executive secretary Simte Baptist Association Rev. Dr. Lalpi Simte thanked BSI ministry for providing God’s word in Simte dialect.
