DIMAPUR, SEP 13 (NPN): The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase III in Nagaland has reached 88.34% digitisation, with Enumeration Forms (EFs) of 11,98,989 out of 13,57,208 electors digitised as of September 13, according to the latest status report released by the office of the Chief Electoral Officer.
The report, updated at 6 p.m. on September 13, covers all 17 districts and shows that EFs have been distributed to 100% of the electors. However, 1,57,451 electors/11.6%, remained uncollected. Another 969 EFs were submitted online directly by electors.
Dimapur recorded the highest number of uncollected EFs at 36,662 (29.17%), followed by Chümoukedima- 28,648 (26.06%) and Kohima- 24,234 (19.81%). Peren had 8,270 (13.31%) uncollected, while Tuensang recorded 9,032 (11.23%) and Zunheboto 11,623 (11.15%).
BLOs’ house-to-house visits end September 14, with the draft e-roll scheduled to be published on September 20. Electors can file claims and objections until October 20, to be disposed of by November 18. The final e-roll will be published November 22.
