St. Joseph University, Nagaland, in collaboration with National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) IIT Kharagpur organized a one day NPTEL awareness workshop on February 7, 2025 at SJU auditorium.
The workshop was attended by students of SJU and faculties across Northeast. The initiation of the workshop was to create maximum awareness amongst faculties and students about NPTEL and its various domains.
Resource person of the workshop were Prof. Haimanti Baneerjee, Coordinator Speaker, Associate Dean, CE&T Coordinator NPTEL IIT Kharagpur and Lenis Thomas, IIT Kharagpur.
Earlier, keynote address was delivered by Dr. K Rajaganesh, Dean of Science and Management Studies, who emphasized on the benefits of SWAYAM NPTEL courses and how it has made learning easy and accessible.
The workshop began with an invocation by Rev. Fr. Sunny Joseph, Professor, Dept. of Education and welcome address by Dr. Kinitoli H Yeptho, Dean of Social Science while K Livikali Yeptho , Asst. Professor hosted the programme.
