Skoda India celebrates 25 years with Octavia RS

As Škoda Auto India marks 25 years of its journey in the country, the company celebrates the milestone with the return of a true legend — the old-new Octavia RS. Available in limited numbers as a Fully Built Unit (FBU), the Octavia RS redefines performance and design, reviving its legacy as an exclusive icon for driving enthusiasts and purists.
At its core, the Octavia RS is powered by a 2.0 TSI turbocharged petrol engine delivering 195 kW (265 PS) and 370 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. The performance sedan accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 6.4 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h. Its advanced chassis, progressive steering, and sports suspension ensure dynamic precision and exceptional handling.
The Octavia RS showcases Škoda’s signature bold design, featuring full LED Matrix headlights, LED tail lamps with dynamic indicators, and glossy black styling elements. Riding on 19-inch Elias anthracite alloy wheels with low-profile sports tyres, it exudes a powerful and athletic stance.
Measuring 4,709 mm in length and 1,829 mm in width, the Octavia RS blends sportiness with sophistication.
