DIMAPUR, JUL 29 (NPN): Sovima Sports Club registered a convincing 3-1 victory over Medziphema Football Academy at the ongoing CDFA League-cum-Rokonicha Champions Trophy 2026 on Wednesday.
Vilasielie starred for Sovima Sports Club with a clinical hat-trick, finding the net in the 6th, 19th and 36th minutes to hand his side a comfortable first-half advantage.
Medziphema Football Academy managed to reduce the deficit through Diezekho, who scored in first-half stoppage time (45+3’), but it proved to be only a consolation as Sovima Sports Club held firm to seal all three points.
For his outstanding hat-trick performance, Vilasielie (16) of Sovima SC was adjudged the Player of the Match.
