Speaker adjourns Nagaland Legislative Assembly session sine die

The Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Sharingain Longkumer, on Friday adjourned the House sine die following the successful conclusion of the 8th Session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
Longkumer expressed gratitude to members for their cooperation, constructive deliberations, and active participation, noting that the session addressed key issues contributing to the State’s progress and development. Despite challenges, he said the Assembly witnessed meaningful discussions aimed at advancing inclusive and sustainable growth.
He urged members to continue serving the people with commitment and responsibility. The Speaker also thanked officials, Nagaland Police, security personnel, medical and emergency services, the media, and the Assembly Secretariat for ensuring the smooth conduct of the session.
