Dimapur police has fixed the vehicular speed limit at 40 kms per hour within Dimapur Town area upto Chumoukedima for a period of one month with effect from January 5, 2021 to February 3, 2021.
In a notification, Commissioner of Police, Dimapur stated that this was done so in the interest of public safety and convenience and as per rules laid down under Section 112 of MV Act.
