Sakipheto Range Students’ Union (SRSU) conducted a mass sanitation drive on October 18 under the theme “God gave us clean, let’s keep it clean”.
A press release by SRSU president, Shiluvi Aye and finance secretary, Tonato Rochill stated that, upon notification, all seven sub-ordinate units of the area participated in the mass sanitation drive, including GBs, village councils and concerned citizens of the villages.
Village roads, church campuses, government schools, panchayat halls, public toilets etc were covered during the sanitation drive, the release added.
SRSU has appreciated and acknowledged the assistance provided by the people of the area to keep the surrounding clean.
