SRSU holds general conference

The 14th general conference of Sakipheto Range Students’ Union (SRSU) was held January 3-5 at Sukhaphuto village on the theme “soaring to new heights” with ex. minister Dr. Kakheto Zhimomi as chief guest.
Speaking at the opening session of the conference, Dr.Kakheto exhorted the gathering and said unity alone could bring all round development to the society.
Speaker of the conference, NSSO assistant superintendent officer Vikishe Chishi encouraged the students to choose their career wisely and to fear God.
During the three-day event, the students got the opportunity to compete in various cultural events, games and sports. Zhuikhu Students’ Union bagged the over-all championship while Alato students’ Union won the coveted ‘best disciplined students union’ award. The 15th general session would be held at Alato village.
