Inter-house quiz competition conducted on July 7, at Sainik School Punglwa. During the competition a total of twelve cadets participated, having a team of two cadets each representing the six mother houses of the school. The event consisted of seven rounds consisting of current affairs, literature, social sciences, science & technology, audio, visual and rapid fire rounds.
Saramati house represented by cadet Ravi Kumar and cadet Dongwang Lowang emerged as winners and lifted the trophy of the Inter-House Quiz Competition (2017-18). Doyang house represented by cadet Tekapong Longkumer and cadet Lenmin Perme stood at second position followed by cadet Rishu Raj and cadet Chiging Chilayang of Tizu House in the third position.
Gp Capt Sanjay Gaekwad, Principal Sainik School Punglwa gave away the certificates and the trophy to the winners. In his address he congratulated the participants and exhorted them to strive for excellence.
He stressed on the active participation of the cadets in the co-curricular activities so as to bring competitive spirit among the cadets.
