Sainik School Punglwa (SSP) celebrated advent Christmas on November 24 with principal Gp Capt. Sharad R Keskar, as chief guest and a team from LAO (A), Silchar as the guests of honour.
In his address as the chief guest, Keskar extended Christmas greetings to all cadets and parents, staff and families.
The other highlights of the celebration were: performances by cadets depicting Christmas messages of love, peace and hope; and a performance by a jazz band from 36 Assam Rifle of Jalukie.
The performers were also felicitated by the chief guest. The celebration culminated with a fireworks display.
