St. John School Kiusam holds first science exhibition

DIMAPUR

St. John School, Kiusam town, organised its first-ever science exhibition on June 20, providing a platform for students from LKG to Class 6 to showcase their scientific creativity and teamwork.
According to a press release, the programme began with an invocation by Rev. Rangthong, pastor of Kiusam Town Baptist Church (KTBC), followed by project inspections where students confidently explained their models.
Principal Rev. Fr. Thomas Toretkiu, in his address, said the exhibition aimed to enhance student learning through hands-on experiences. He added that the event helped students build scientific understanding, communication, public speaking, and life skills such as creativity, time management, and teamwork.
The school appreciated the active participation of the students, especially the young learners, for their enthusiasm and innovative presentations.
