State BJP conducts activities across Nagaland

The state Bharatiya Janata Party organised eleven (11) booth-level training programmes in Tuensang, Longleng, Wokha  and  Mokokochung districts from December 11 to 16 during its first phase. 
A press release by BJP Nagaland media cell stated that during the training at 30 Alongtaki mandal on December 16, led by former state BJP president, Dr. M. Chuba Ao and state general secretary, Jaangsillung Gongmei the attendees were  230 booth-level workers. Another team led by K.James Vizo convener media cell and Tasepi Sangtam vice president, K.Thong secretary and Yanghose co-convener media cell conducted training camp at Tuli, Mokokchung district, where number of attendees were 375 workers.
K. James Vizo while addressing party workers said that people of Mokokchung were fortunate to be socially, economically, politically more advanced as compared to others. He challenged them to prepare for changes, reformation, transformation and development in the mandal, district and state. 
He said that BJP’s top agenda was to bring changes to Nagaland state through development under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah BJP president. He reminded the gathering that  like all political parties in the country, BJP too was a political party registered under ECI-Election commission of India. 
 K. Thong highlighted the BJP- led NDA Govt flagship programmes and schemes, keeping in mind the welfare and interest of the weaker section like women, rural based people/farmers and youths etc.
Yanghose clarified that BJP was not anti-Christian party but said these were only baseless propaganda and allegations with a political ill-motive to tarnish the image of BJP.  Tsasepi highlighted the vision documents of BJP Nagaland and if voted to power BJP would give top priority to road connectivity in the state by making two lanes in all the district headquarters. He also said that 50 senior citizens from Nagaland would be selected every year and would be sent to visit holy land -Jerusalem.
BJP Mangkolemba: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) opened its unit at Mangkolemba on December 16 by hoisting the party flag at its unit office at Zero Point Area by Bendang Longkumer, BJP president, 29 Jangpetkong mandal in presence of party officers and workers.
A joint press release by BJP Mangkolemba unit president, Lanutemjen and general secretary, Lanulemba stated that an inaugural programme was held at town hall wherein Temjen Imna Along, chairman, Finance & Development Committee of BJP Nagaland said that BJP work within the constitution of India and that the party was not against any religion. Imjong Longkumer, member of the BJP state executive committee also said that BJP fought against corruption and sincerely work for progress and development. 
The function was attended by BJP members and well wishers including Jaangshilong Gonmei, gen secretary, state BJP, Nungsang Lemtor, president BJP Mkg Dist., Lanuakum Walling, VP BJP Mkg dist, Anungla, gen secretary, mahila, BJP Mkg Dist., Bendang Longkumer, president, 29 Jangpetkong mandal, Mangkolemba town council members, ward chairmen & GBs.
