State BJP flays

BJP Nagaland has condemned the inhuman killings and atrocities meted to Christians in Orissa by “so-called” VHP and Bajrang Dal activists, in the wake of murder of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati. State BJP vice president TL Merry and treasurer Basu Damani (both party spokesmen) in a press release said the communal forces should not vent their ire on innocent Christians since the Swami was murdered by Maoist militants. Condemning any form of violence and atrocity based on communal lines, the party gave a clarion call for “unity in diversity, which is the life line of our country.”
