State Covid-19 caseload nears 28k mark; 4 more die

Nagaland’s cumulative Covid-19 caseload on Sunday neared the 28000 mark after 73 fresh Covid-19 positive cases were reported.

Kohima reported the highest number of fresh cases at 39, Dimapur-17, nine in Mokokchung, three in Phek, one each in Kiphire, Longleng, Mon, Tuensang and Wokha, taking the total caseload to  27945.

Further, four more patients succumbed to the infection– two in Dimapur and one each in Kohima and Tuensang, pushing the death toll to 570 (including 14 non-Covid deaths).
