State government has designated the district and sessions judges of Zunheboto, Wokha, Phek, Mon, Tuensang and Mokokchung districts as principal judge, family court of their respective districts in addition to their normal duties.
In a notification, the department of justice & law stated that the chief judicial magistrates of Peren Tucuno Vamuzo and chief judicial magistrate of Longleng Ajongba Imchen have been designated as additional principal judge, family court of their respective district in addition to their normal duties. “this has the approval of the Gauhati High Court NO.HC VII-86/2020/4620/a dated 05.12.2020,” stated principal secretary R Ramakrishnan.
