State govt effects bureaucratic rejig

State government has ordered transfer and posting of several IAS, NCS, NSS and other officers with immediate effect.

In a notification, the department of personnel and administrative reforms stated that R Ramakhrishnan, IAS, principal secretary geology & mining, justice & law & EF&CC has been relieved of geology & mining. He would hold additional charge of principal secretary P&AR department vice J Alam, IAS ACS relieved.

Menukhol John, principal secretary, school education & SCERT has been transferred and posted as principal secretary works & housing vice Rovilato Mor, IAS, relieved.

Vikeyie Kenya, IAS, commissioner & secretary, soil & water conservation has been transferred and posted as commissioner & secretary land resources vice Senti Ao, IAS, relieved on superannuation w.e.f. December 31, 2020.

K Libanthung Lotha, IAS, commissioner & secretary, vety & animal husbandary has been transferred and posted as commissioner & secretary soil & water conservation and geology and mining.

W Honje Konyak, NCS, commissioner & secretary, F&CS has been transferred and posted as commissioner & secretary fisheries & aquatic resources vice Dinesh Kumar, IAS, proceeded on central deputation.

Kevilenuo Angami, special secretary planning & coordination, evaluation & school education has been relieved of evaluation. She would hold additional charge of SCERT.

Khurpi Sothu, IAS, secretary geology & mining has been transferred and posted as secretary vety & animal husbandry.

Temsunaro Aier, NCS, secretary agriculture has been transferred and posted as secretary soil & water conservation.

Anoop Khinchi, IAS, additional secretary industries & commerce (designate) has been retained as additional secretary land revenue.

W Ravungo Lotha, NSS, joint secretary land revenue (designate) has been retained as joint secretary land resources.

Lungeishing, NCS, joint secretary soil & water conservation has been transferred and posted as commissioner of excise vice Orenpomo Kikon, NCS, relieved.
