State Kisan Morcha BJP holds meeting

State Kisan Morcha, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held its first office bearers meeting on June 2 at district party office, Dimapur. 
A press release by State Kisan Morcha BJP stated that BJP national executive member, A. K. Mishra, gave a brief kishan morcha report and also highlighted different programmes attended by kishan morcha at northeast and national level.
In the meeting, State Kisan Morcha BJP, president, Mathew K Janger, appealed to the government to focus on the farming sector as over 70% of the population in Nagaland was dependent mainly on agriculture. The welcome speech was delivered by vice president, H. Sunep Phom.
