The state level Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) Cultural & Literary Fest was held on August 29 at EMR School Diphupar.
EMRS School from Tizit, Mon district, Tuensang and Diphupar participated in the events. Altogether, 78 participants competed for the various categories.
The champions will be representing State of Nagaland in National Level EMRS competition. The champions are: Group Folk Dance – EMRS Tizit; Storytelling (Folk tales) – Ngipom H Konyak of EMRS Tizit; Creative writing – Yanglechuba Y Chang of EMRS Diphupar; Recitation – Chongmei of EMRS Tizit; and Painting – Puchio Herrick P of EMRS Tuensang.
