One day state level training of the 10th series of agricultural census 2015-16 (reference period) for field officers and staffs was conducted at the directorate of agriculture on June 24 sponsored by the Government of India. During the training, the inaugural programme was chaired by deputy director (AC), Z. Kintso Angami, special address was delivered by director of agriculture, D. Suokhrie, while keynote address was proposed by agriculture census officer, Velhüsalü Vero.
The training also held two technical sessions on undergoing the survey for the 10th series of agricultural census 2015-16. Altogether 155 field officers and functionaries from the districts and sub-divisions attended the training.
