Nagaland on Sunday recorded 77 fresh Covid-19 positive cases and two more deaths.
Of the fresh cases, Dimapur and Kohima recorded 28 each, nine in Mokokchung, six in Tuensang, two each in Phek and Zunheboto and one each in Kiphire and Wokha, taking the total caseload to 28628.
Further, two more patients succumbed to the infection in Mokokchung, pushing the death toll to 585 (including 14 non-Covid deaths).
PTI: With 39,070 people testing positive for coronavirus infection, India’s total tally of COVID-19 cases rose to 3,19,34,455, while the death toll climbed to 4,27,862 with 491 fresh fatalities, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Sunday.
