Nagaland has many imaginative minds and Animation and Graphic Academy was the right place to start the course, said under-secretary to government of Nagaland, I. Changsang and expressed the hope that the state will have a full-fledged amination school in few years.
He made this remark at the farewell and orientation programme of Animation and Graphic Academy held at Capital Convention Centre on Wednesday.
He said that the academy was just the basic where the students were provided facilities such as extra hour training, laptops to practice at home. Changsang said that the academy was started as the state have so much talents and ideas.
He thanked the three donors in establishing the academy.
Changsang also encouraged all the passed out students to work hard and assist the academy to improve and better. He said the academy was in the process of negotiating with companies to provide placements to the passed out students.
IDAN consultant Namang T Chang in his welcome note mentioned that this was the first batch.
He said IDAN played the main role by bringing three donors namely Alembic Pharmaceutical, APAR Industries , Boeing India to make the project possible. He added that they were collaborating to bring in multiple CSR donors to upgrade the Animation and Graphic Academy.
In their testimonies outgoing students ,Seyiekielie Mere and Victor Mocha mentioned that the course had upgraded their knowledge to enhanced their career in just three months making them that imagination has no limits. CSR manager IDAN Chichanbeni Kithan delivered the closing remark.
